Important information regarding Pandemic-EBT (P-EBT) Cards:Address Changes for P-EBT Benefits
Change of Address Notice to Families: In order to receive a P-EBT card you must have the correct address on file with the school district your children are attending by June 29, 2020.P-EBT Returned for Undeliverable Addresses: FAMILIES MUST HAVE A CHANGE OF ADDRESS ON FILE WITH THE SCHOOL DISTRICT THE CHILDREN ARE ATTENDING BY JUNE 29, 2020.
Federal Law prohibits P-EBT cards from being forwarded to a new address. The third party contractor that printed and mailed the cards, has started to receive undeliverable cards. MDHHS has provided MDE a list of students for which the card was returned to sender.
